3000 pax - Milan, Palazzo delle Scintille and Mico Fiera - 3 days

3000 guests at Palazzo Delle Scintille to celebrate the end of a 3-day convention in Milan. Our ultimate goal was to deliver a “one of a kind” Food, Beverage, entertainment and set up experience. A challenge that we faced with confidence and competence. Bringing a Ferris wheel into an indoor venue was no small feat; it was both challenging and immensely satisfying. Seeing the Ferris wheel fully operational, lighting up the venue and creating a magical atmosphere, was worth every effort.

AUTOMOTIVE ROAD SHOW
3 cities, 60 days

Three different Italian cities and locations were chosen for the automotive brand tour: City Life in Milan, Rotonda Diaz in Napoli, and Piazza Solferino in Torino. WI.RE Events managed, over a period of more than 60 days (September and October 2021) the organization of temporary construction sites for setup and teardown, public soil occupation, permits and authorizations from the Municipalities, temporary staff for open days, drivers, and all test drives, in addition to Health and Safety Protocols required for COVID restrictions.

PUBLIC CONCERT
Piazza Duca D’Aosta Milan

The brand celebrated the launch of its new innovative product at the Excelsior Gallia Hotel in Milan, with the participation of Guest stars Michelle Hunzinker and Alex Braga. Live from Milan Central Station, the screenings accompanied by the creations of Alex Braga and A-Mint were followed by the music of the Philharmonic Orchestra and DJ Aladyn. WI.RE Events managed the full production of the event both at the Excelsior Gallia and the concert in Piazza Duca D’aosta(Milan Centrale iconic train station).

CORPORATE EVENT
Venice – 3 DAYS

180 guests at the iconic JW Marriott Venice Resort & Spa - 3 days In a private island in the Venetian Lagoon. WI.RE was entrusted with the organization of all land arrangements, logistics, boat transfers, Health & Safety Protocols, full meeting space setup for the conference, along with the complete operations of the welcome dinner, held at the Hotel premises. A crystal tent for the Welcome dinner was set up connecting to the deconsecrated Church, creating a magic atmosphere for all the guests that attended the event.

AUTOMOTIVE TESTDRIVE
10 days – Rome - back to back event

Car debut in Rome with an exclusive 14-day test event, giving the automotive press a first look at the new model. WI.RE managed the full production of the test drive, between the Hotel QC TERME in Rome Fiumicino and Santa Lucia Maccarese Restaurant, including ancillary services such as design of the test route, scouting and management of lunch venue, coordination of local permits, public soil occupation and coordination of car technical assistance, hostesses scouting and coordination, branding production for the event/ADV permits, A/V equipment for the briefing room.

AUTOMOTIVE WIDE EVENT
Milan Piazza della Scala and Como

WI.RE Events managed A to Z operations of the event, including scouting of public spaces in the city center of Milan, obtaining to utilize the “Piazza della Scala” for the historical cars exhibition. Institutions such as the Municipality of Milan, “Teatro alla Scala” foundation and Police Department were involved and coordinated from WI.RE Events, allowing a smooth car parade from Milan to Como. Among the services we provided and managed, the private catering in “Piazza della Scala” and “Cracco” (1 Micheli Star) Restaurant for a VIP dinner.

CORPORATE 25th ANNIVERSARY
Milano – 5 different locations – 3 days

WI.RE Events supported this very special client during a one-year planning of their largest celebratory event, the company’s jubilee. The team oversaw the production, organization and onsite logistic for more than 350 guests who met in Milan. WI.RE Events managed in full all transportation, on site assistance, temporary staff scouting and hiring, accommodation in 2 centrally located 5*, 14 different bespoke tours and experiences in Milan, Como and Franciacorta along with the scouting, selection and management of 5 exclusive locations for lunches and dinners.

INCENTIVE TRIP
Venice - Chiesa di Santa Chiara

“Success Club” Celebration for a well-known international pharmaceutical company’s Leadership team. WI.RE managed this very special 5 days event in Venice, dealing with scouting, selection and management of iconic locations such as the JW Marriott Venice Resort & Spa as the main Hub, and the “Chiesa di Santa Chiara” in Murano as location for the awards’ ceremony and Gala Dinner at, overseeing all private transfers with taxi boats, hotel operations, meeting rooms, all technical equipment in multiple locations, guests’ giftings and bespoke private tours.

ANNUAL CONVENTION
1 location, 3 days of events

Rome was the elected stage for the organization of the client’s Kick-off Meeting. Main location was the Hotel Villa Pamphili, where WI.RE Events was involved in the full organization and management of meeting sessions, workshops, Food and Beverage functions ending with a high level engage Gala dinner and Award Ceremony with after-dinner party on a terrace overlooking the Eternal city. Aside of the full organization of the event, we have been challenged to produce a creative giveaway present: challenge won with a personalized “Bialetti” Moka for all guests.

INCENTIVE AND CORPORATE EVENT
Lake Como – 160 Guests

4 days incentive with a breathtaking setting on the lake shore. WI.RE managed in full the program which included 6 different activities every day including seaplanes, vespa tour and vintage boat tours, a dinner on a rooftop on the lake, Gala dinner and Award ceremony at “Teatro Sociale” in Como, with unconventional and reversed setup: dinner on stage and dancefloor on the parterre area. Farewell party was organized at “Villa Perego” where dinner was served under the scenographic porch with DJ Set.

INCENTIVE
Milan and Como – 4 days

Celebrating the client’s yearly incentive for the Success Club. 4 incredible days at the Mandarin Oriental hotel in Milan and top-end activities in Como. WI.RE Events was in charge of the full organization both pre-onsite. Our creative team was also required to design the graphic line for all the printed materials.

GALA DINNER
Rome - Galleria del Cardinale - 150 pax

International sales partners met in Rome to celebrate the client’s 30th anniversary. Two days filled with loads of insights, networking and exchange of ideas. Many enthusiastic and amazed faces while visiting beautiful places in the eternal city. A very special event that will be easily remembered by all invited. Hub of the event was the A.Roma Lifestyle Hotel, highlights of the trip included a private evening visit of the Vatican Museum & “Palazzo Colonna” ending with a superb Gala Dinner at the “Galleria del Cardinale”.

AUTOMOTIVE TRIP
Innsbruck to Modena Road trip

The “road trip to Modena” was a luxurious adventure, showcasing the brand and creating genuine interactions filled with memorable emotions. A “route to Modena” through the Dolomites, an adventure that took the guests to the Alpina Dolomites, located on the Alpe di Siusi, Europe’s most beautiful and largest high-altitude plateau, surrounded by a unique natural setting and a spectacular view of the Dolomites, and to the shores of Lake Garda in Sirmione, to the Tancredi restaurant – suspended between the lake and the sky – a pleasure for the palate and the mind of all the invited guests.

CONVENTION AND AWARDS CERIMONY
350 pax – Venice – Scuola Grande della Misericordia

Annual convention for a leader in transport and logistics, WI.RE Events oversaw the full movement of materials (A/V equipment, furniture, trusses, stage, etc..), Catering services for coffee breaks and lunches and Gala Dinner in the meeting location, dealing with a record-breaking venue turnaround: 2 hours. Full logistic of guests (via water taxi), temporary staff scouting and hiring, staff accommodation and cateringFinally, personalized handmade Venetian mask giveaways were produced. Highlight of the event: unconventional workshops organized in more than 12 offsite locations around Venice.

INCENTIVE TRIP
5 DAYS OF EXPERIENCES

5 days between Naples and Sorrento, Celebrating top management’s achievements. WI.RE Events was in charge of the full organization, which included tasks such as management of accommodation at the “Hotel Romeo” in Naples and “Hilton Sorrento Palace” in Sorrento, all private transfers (for arrival, departure and during the event), tailoring of unique experiences like private boat tours in the bay, lunches by the sea in Praiano and Capri, design of gifts, Private visits and a one-of-a-kind dinner at Villa Giusso, offering unparallel view on the gulfs.
